The Colosseum Luxury Suite is a delightful 40m2 apartment owned by the Roman influencer Selvaggia Capizzi (that would be me and used as tourist accommodation for a maximum of 3 people during weekends and holidays.
The house has been recently renovated and furnished in an original way by Selvaggia Capizzi herself.
Here you can find a real kitchen (and not a kitchenette) equipped with utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, glasses, placemats and tablecloths.
In the kitchen you will find, in addition to the electric oven and refrigerator, also:

Furthermore, in the kitchen you can have breakfast on the table with the Vespa, the characteristic Roman scooter which is also the symbol of the house.

Also, in the living area you can have lunch or dinner on the dining table while enjoying the view of the delightful internal courtyard.
In the sleeping area you will find a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 205 cm) and a large open wardrobe. Sheets are included in the accommodation including those for the sofa bed.

The Colosseum and the Imperial Forums are just a few minutes away on foot and the Spanish Steps and its famous steps can also be reached in just 15 minutes on foot.
The beauty of this apartment is that despite being silent, as soon as you leave the front door you enter the lively neighborhood life of the Rione Monti.
On via Panisperna I recommend, provided you find a place, to have an aperitif at the Tre Scalini and have dinner at Monticiani, a very high quality Argentine meat restaurant.
In via dei Capocci go and eat pizza at Tettarello while if you like the real Japanese cousin you can’t miss Hasekura in via dei Serpenti, the best in Rome.
Other places for an aperitif are Vicolo 9 in Vicolo dei Serpenti and Fafiuché in Via della Madonna dei Monti.
