Lasagna with truffles and mushrooms, a recipe that is easy to prepare and which is always a great success! I prepared it for Christmas lunch and they all did it!
The lasagna with truffles and mushrooms for some years has entered with great success in my Christmas menu and every time the guests liteally lick their plates clean!
The recipe of lasagne with truffles and mushrooms is very simple and I would also say very comfortable to prepare. In fact, unlike other first courses that must be prepared on spot, we can prepare the lasagna with truffles and mushrooms when we have some time available, and then decide to freeze it!
A great way to not be in trouble if you have greedy and unexpected guests and we want to make a good impression!
I always have a pan in the freezer of lasagna with truffles and mushrooms!
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients for lasagna with truffles and mushrooms for 8 people:
500 gr. pasta ready for lasagne
500ml of béchamel sauce
300 kg. Champignon mushrooms
1 garlic clove
evo oil q.b.
4 teaspoon truffle sauce
1 white scamorza
Put extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic to heat in a pan, when it is hot, pour into the mushrooms, salting them slightly.
Let them cool and stir them, removing the garlic clove first.
In a saucepan put the béchamel, stretch a little with milk, and add the smoked mushrooms.
Stir over a low flame and incorporate the truffle sauce.
Mix everything until you get a creamy but not too much seasoning.
Cut the scamorza and mozzarella into small pieces.
Scratch the Parmesan cheese.
Put a ladle of seasoning in a pan and then place the first layer of dry lasagna inside.
Cover with two or three tablespoons of truffled bechamel, a handful of scamorza, one of mozzarella and one of Parmesan.
Proceed in this way until you have created at least 4 or 5 layers.
Finish off with the last rich layer of the 3 cheeses,
Now you can decide whether to put the lasagna with truffles and mushrooms in the freezer or in the oven!
If you want to eat it immediately, preheat the oven to 180 ° and bake for about thirty minutes until you have formed on the surface a delicious golden crust!

- To dispose of Christmas binges I recommend you take advantage of the sales to walk a lot looking for the right and affordable purchases!
