Do you know that I’ve been going to the gym for a few months now? Yes, because at almost 47 years it’s hard to keep fit! This is why I am also using Amway food supplements and here is my opinion!
I am almost 47 years old and my body shape no longer holds. I enrolled in the gym and I’m also using the Amway food supplements, because nature has to be helped in some way. Today I give you my opinion and that of Alice on these products and I will tell you some anecdote about my adventures in the gym.

It contains the Red Orange Complex and vitamins C and E for a more complete cellular protection.
I must say that I am beginning to see the first results of the combination “workout” and feeding. The muscles are now well defined and , considering that I have a certain age, it is a great result!
