The Fashion Hero, season 2

In June I will be in South Africa forThe Fashion Hero season 2 , the reality show that celebrates diversity and makes real people become fashion models. And I can’t wait to find out who my contestant will be !!

Season 2 of The Fashion Hero is coming, the reality show that celebrates beauty in all its forms. We will film in South Africa in June and I will be one of the coaches / mentors who will try to get their pupil to the final.

It is almost all defined therefore: from June 15 to 30 we will film in Sun City, a mega resort that includes 4 hotels, a water park and a natural park.

There will be around 20 contestants and 40 influencers / mentors and producers are still working on selecting the final casting while registrations for season 3 are already open.

What is The Fashion Hero and why is it a TV series to follow?

Season 1 of The Fashion Hero (filmed in Canada) was aired in 160 countries with great success and season 2 promises to reach even more countries.

But what is special about this show and why did I decide to participate?

Contestants participating in the reality show will compete to become the models of the international brand’s advertising campaign. And this is certainly not new, there are many to show with this format. What makes The Fashion Hero really special is that the participants, from all over the world, are ordinary people, tall, short, thin, curvy and will engage in a series of discussions to show their separate personalities. In the end, four will be chosen as ambassadors to participate in the advertising campaign of an international brand. However, only one winner will be chosen as the new face of The Fashion Hero.

This show is truly unique because connected to real people to become reference models. Do not serve to be beautiful like Jessica Alba or Cara Delavigne to participate but only to have personality and be unique! Here diversity is celebrated and all sizes, shapes, colors and ethnicities are welcome. Because we are all beautiful, known by how we are externally.

Here the influencer over 40 has its own meaning within the show

As you all know (now we also know the stones) I am 48 years old and I am therefore an atypical blogger, I am just a fashion blogger over 40 and who talks about fashion at 40, beauty and travel tips for people my age and beyond.

In a world densely populated by almost underage influencers, I am the classic white fly and I am proud of it.

When I opened my first blog I was only 37 years old and they already called me mummy or the grandmother of fashion bloggers.

I first, I experienced on my skin what it means not to be accepted even if I have to say that the matter lasted very little and that my haters melted like snow in the sun.

So it is very important for me to mentor someone who does not have self confidence. So to have a lot to share, not only for my experience as an influencer over 40 but above all for the work of the top manager that I have done in the past.

Not so yet with whom I will be paired but you can bet on it: I will do everything to make my competitor win!
