I am not that much into a disco mood but because of the bad companies I attend I had to thnk about a Saturday night outfit like this super glittered one-shoulder dress. Here are some useful tips to never be out of place!
I no longer worried about a Saturday night outfit, since the dawn of prehistory, then those nuisances of my friends from The Fashion Mob dragged me into their crazy evenings.
Now let’s not talk about Fabrizia and Ida who are two young but Nadia is my age and has four times my energy, like her husband.
On the other hand, I am now ready to go to bed already at 9 pm, in short, I am a real bore.
But every now and then I get convinced by the 3 harpies and go out with them.
Saturday night outfit: how not to miss the look
The first question to ask is: where are we going? In a disco, in a restaurant, in a bar?
Because the Saturday night outfit obviously varies according to what we do.
Of course, it is not suitable for a dinner in a restaurant unless we talk about the Pergola in Rome.
And I wore it in a club: I haven’t been dancing for years and, if I have to say it all, I never really liked being late. I’ve always been a sleepyhead.
But we know that when we are young and we have to look for our soul mate we are willing to do anything even to give up a few hours of sleep.
After getting married and returning from the United States (where I had a lot of nightlife) I hung my ballet shoes. And I lived so well.
My Saturday night outfits were the right ones for a restaurant dinner, glam yes but without sequins.
Nightlife in Rome before the coronavirus
Before the coronavirus panic spread (the media are really masters in this), the Roman nightlife was really very hot.
In Rome there are more night clubs than sanpietrini and one is opened every day. Which then regularly closes after a few years.
Aside from a few historical places, Rome is a ferment of new openings and closings.
Now that we are all tarnished by the coronavirus I think we will see many more closures ….
