Oggi torno a fare la fashion blogger e vi presento una boutique per bambini a Roma davvero speciale, si chiama Fatine e Folletti. E la proprietaria, Monica, è davvero una ragazza speciale. Conosciamola insieme in questo post-intervista!

Trovo la boutique Fatine e Folletti a Via Federico Delpino, 136 in Roma (zona Prenestino) e vengo accolta da una massa di riccioli neri ed un sorriso dolcissimo. Monica è la proprietaria della boutique ed è felice ed emozionata di aprire il suo bel negozio a DCMFB Magazine. Si perchè lei ci segue con curiosità ed entusiasmo, lo stesso che, insieme a grande passione, mette nel suo negozio, uno spazio ben organizzato e ricco di capi per bambini 0-14 e anche accessori e intimo per mamme in dolce attesa.

Da quanto tempo è aperta la tua boutique?

da 2 anni appena, facevo un altro lavoro, poi sono diventata mamma e ho scelto di occuparmi di mia figlia. Ma quando poi i figli crescono senti il bisogno di trovare di nuovo una tua dimensione e occuparmi di abbigliamento per bambini mi è parsa una scelta naturale.

Che cosa proponi alla tua clientela?

Capi per bambini delle migliori marche: BabyVip, Noukie’s, Mi Nene, Betty Fly, ma anche la linea Premamy, con maglie ed intimo per future mamme di grande qualità. Quello che conta oggi è la qualità dei tessuti, accompagneranno la pelle dei bambini e devono poi affrontare molti lavaggi e mantenersi in ottimo stato.

Vedo che il gusto non ti manca…

Beh si anche quello conta, scelgo infatti con cura i singoli pezzi, proponendo davvero molti abbinamenti, capi alla moda, cerco di offrire qualità e fashion, per mamme attente che amano vestire bene i propri figli.

Ma Fatine e Folletti non è la solita boutique per bambini, c’è qualcosa di diverso?

Si. Non mi limito alla vendita, ma mi diverto ad organizzare veri e propri eventi, non solo per far conoscere il negozio. Sono ormai diventata un vero punto di riferimento in questo quartiere di Roma con sfilate di moda e feste a tema, ogni occasione è buona per organizzare qualcosa di simpatico con amiche e clienti ed i rispettivi figli, che hanno modo di incontrarsi e divertirsi.

E tutto questo viene da te pubblicizzato?

Ovviamente! Fatine e folletti ha la sua pagina Facebook che viene costantemente aggiornata e anche un sito internet, www.fatineefolletti.it così le mamme possono essere sempre informate sui nuovi arrivi, le vendite promozionali e tutti gli eventi, compresi i casting per far sfilare i propri bambini.

La chef che è in me ad un tratto esce e chiede a Monica: ma tu, come sei in cucina?

Parte un sorriso imbarazzato e stenta ad uscire una risposta. Capisco che tra lavoro e casa anche Monica è una mamma attiva come tante che sicuramente apprezzano le mie facili ed originali ricette. Non mi resta che tornare nei panni della Food Blogger e darvi appuntamento al prossimo post!

I find the boutique Fatine e Folletti in Via Federico Delpino, 136 in Rome (Prenestino area) and I am greeted by a mass of black curls and a sweet smile. Monica is the owner of the boutique and is happy and excited to open her beautiful shop to DCMFB Magazine. Yes, because she follows us with curiosity and enthusiasm, the same that puts in his shop with great passion, a well organized space full of clothes for children 0-14 age, where you can also find accessories and underwear for expectant mothers.

How long have you open your boutique?

From just two years, I was doing another job, then I became a mother, and I chose to take care of my daughter. But when the children grow up you feel the need to find a new own dimension and choosing to open this boutique had been a natural choice.

What do you propose to your customers?

Children’s clothes from the best brands: BabyVip, Noukie’s, Mi Nene, Betty Fly, but also the line Premamy, mesh and intimate for expectant mothers of great quality. I am still looking for high quality fabrics, as they have to be good for children’s skin and still face many washings, remaining in excellent conditions.

I see that your good taste in fashion follows the quality…

Nowadays fashion counts as well, in fact I carefully choose every single piece, suggesting indeed many combinations and good matches, I try to offer the best for fashion-conscious moms who like to dress well their children.

But Fatine e Folletti is not the usual boutique for children, there is something different, isn’t it?

Yes. it is not a simmple shop, I enjoy to organize real events, not only to promote the store. It has now become a true landmark in this district of Rome with fashion shows and theme parties, Every event is a good opportunity to organize something fun with friends and customers and their children, who have the chance to meet and have fun tigether.

How do you promote our events?

Fairies and goblins has its Facebook page that is constantly updated and we also have a website, www.fatineefolletti.it so moms can always be informed about new arrivals, sales promotions and all events, including fashion shows casting for their children.

The chef in me suddenly came out and asked Monica: how are you in the kitchen?

An embarrassed smile appeared on her face and she found it hard to leave a reply. I understood that between work and home Monica is a very active and busy mom, as many of you are, that surely appreciate my easy and original recipes. I just have to get back in the role of Food Blogger and give you an appointment to the next post!
